At Mustang Lakes, we’re fortunate to be located just eight minutes away from the esteemed higher education opportunities available at Collin College Celina. This new Collin College campus opened on Kinship Parkway just east of Preston Road in 2021.

Collin College Celina
The 96,000-square-foot Celina campus includes 16 classrooms, five computer labs, three science labs and a health science workforce lab. The campus can support up to 2,500 students.
Collin College Celina offers a wide variety of general education and academic transfer courses as well as business management, construction management, information technology and health sciences.
Students also have access to a campus library, tutoring center, career center, testing center, bookstore and student/enrollment services. Collin College Celina also partners with other campus departments to offer workshops on topics ranging from resume building to scientific writing and financial literacy. Virtual tutoring sessions are also available.
Celina High School students can take dual credit courses at Collin College Celina to get a head-start on their college education.
Mustang Lakes is also only 17 minutes away from the central Collin College campus in McKinney. The only public college in Collin County, Collin College offers more than 100 degrees and certificates in a wide range of disciplines, including Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Bachelor of Applied Technology (BAT) in Cybersecurity degrees.
Summer Courses at Collin College Celina
Summer course registration is currently taking place with Summer I & III classes beginning June 6 and Summer II classes beginning on July 11.
The summer 2022 course offerings include art, biology, business, economics, English, geology, government, history, humanities, math, philosophy, sociology and speech.
