Award-Winning Celina Community Announces ‘Red Hot’ Sales

Mustang Lakes in Celina is springing into a new season with a record-setting first two months of sales, so builders have started 30 inventory homes, which will be ready for move-in by this summer.

Sam Johnson Elementary School, Prosper ISD’s 12th elementary school (kindergarten through fifth grade), will be the first on-site school in the community. It is scheduled to open in August for the 2020-21 school year. More than 14,000 students are enrolled in the district and this school will serve families in the booming northern part of the district, including those who reside in Mustang Lakes.

Students who live in the community can walk or bike to the new school, as the master plan was designed with abundant trails and sidewalks to make getting to school a pleasant experience.

This master-planned community features award-winning amenities. The Club at Mustang Lakes was nationally recognized as 2019’s Best Community Amenity by the National Association of Home Builders. In 2018, Mustang Lakes was named Best Master-Planned Community in DFW by the Dallas Builders Association.
