What We’re Looking Forward to in Celina This Fall

Posted In: Events

Autumn is around the corner in North Texas. With fun fall festivals on the horizon and beautiful parks to enjoy, Celina is one of the best DFW suburbs to explore this season. Here at Mustang Lakes, we’ve rounded up our fall bucket list in Celina!

Parks & Trails

As the weather starts cooling down, you’re likely longing to spend more time outdoors in nature. Celina features several fabulous parks to visit this fall. Old Celina Park, the crown jewel of Rollertown and home to most of the city’s youth and adult sports programs, showcases word-class baseball fields, multi-purpose sports fields, a playground, trails, and a catch-and-release pond.

Founders Station Park, located in the heart of Downtown Celina, also features a tennis court, a playground, and a gazebo. The city’s next big park, Wilson Creek Park, has entered the design phase with plans for lighted diamond fields, lighted multi-use fields, eight lighted pickleball courts, a pond and open space, trails, a playground, nine holes of disc golf, and so much more.

When you call Mustang Lakes in Celina home, you also have access to nearly 10 miles of trails, tennis courts, a large playground, and open green space. Our community is overflowing with natural beauty, lakes, rolling terrain and mature trees that our developer worked carefully to preserve on the property.
